All athletes will need to complete a brief tumbling evaluation with one our tumbling instructors to receive class placement. This ensures that your athlete is placed in the best possible class for their skill set and needs! if your wanting to enroll in a jump and cheer tech class or a tramp tech class, you may do so without an evaluation.

Great introduction to the gym for younger toddlers and kids (ages 3-4). They will learn basic technique and body control aswell as how to swing on bars, walk on balance beams and jump on trampoline. These young athletes will work towards mastering the basic skills and move up to Tiny Tots session 2 age 5-6!

This class is designed to teach our younger tumblers, ages 4-5, or graduates of tiny tots session 1, the necessary fundamental skills. The drills are all carefully curated for their developmental stage and safety.
Through engaging activities, they will learn essential techniques such as forward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands. These skills build a strong foundation for tumbling and enhance their overall body control and coordination.
-$75 a month for once a week, $100 for twice a week
-$125 for three times a week, $150 for four times a week

Tumbling develops Strength, Coordination, Timing, Agility, and Flexibility. These are all great physical attributes on their own and can apply to just about any other sport as well. At this level classes focus on the basic techniques and body awareness that are the building blocks for gaining skills.
As athletes develop skills additional focus is placed on proper technique, as these foundational skills are critical for success at higher levels. These skills consists of, but are not limited to, round off, back walkover, front walkover, forward roll, etc.

Students are working on leaning and perfecting their technique on standing and running back handspring. As athletes develop skills with additional focus placed on proper technique as these foundational skills are critical for success at higher levels.

Students are working on connecting multiple running and standing back handsprings and tucks. As skills progress, focus on technique of the back handsprings becomes even more important as these foundational skills are critical for success at higher levels.

Many athletes at this level are perfecting skills and technqiue for competitive or school cheer. Mastering multiple back handsprings and the tuck and gaining the basics of a layout is necessary for progression and success.

This class is for any athlete who has had their evaluation completed and been approved to be placed in our all star prep class. This class is for level 2-level 6 athletes working on perfecting their tumbling, jumps, and motions all in one class!

This class is designed to perfect the jump technique, as well as motion technique, of an athlete for school cheer or All-Star cheer. Our coaching staff utilizes countless drills to focus on the flexibility needed for specific jumps as well as repetition in motion technique.

Our tram technique class is designed to teach any Tumbler the basics of tumbling on a trampoline. Tumbling on a trampoline is utilized to learn new skills and perfect technique of numerous skills. It is vital in learning new skills.

Open gyms are available every other friday or saturday depending on the week and will be announced on our social media ! This is a great way for athletes to safely work on their skills and reps under the supervision and coaching of our staff. Open gyms allow athletes to work on any skill on a surface they'd like while also maintaining their safety under supervision.
